As one of the founders of MinnTex in the early 80s, Woody continues to be very involved in the day-to-day operations of MinnTex. His sales focus is in western Iowa. His primary role is to coordinate all aspects of customer deliveries. Tary is full time during our busy pre-Christmas season. She helps to coordinate customer deliveries, as well as many other things including answering phones, billing and hiring our seasonal employees.
Matt (Woody & Tary’s son) joined MinnTex full time in the summer of 2001. His sales focus is in Minnesota. His primary roles are to purchase and coordinate the arrival of all fruit, and to provide general oversight and management. Karen is full time during our busy pre-Christmas season. She assists with financial accounting, processing incoming orders, as well as many other tasks such as billing and answering phone calls and emails.
Jason joined the Windom, MN team in the summer of 2011. His sales focus is in South Dakota. He is primarily responsible for purchasing all meat/cheese/nut items, and overseeing all packing operations.
Colin began working at MinnTex while in high school, assisting with order assembly and other warehouse operations. In 2015, he stepped into a management role in the warehouse, and also began covering sales in southern Minnesota.
Harlan joined the MinnTex sales team in 1994 and continues in that part time role today. He calls on customers in Wisconsin and the eastern side of MN. During our busy pre-Christmas and spring seasons he assists with warehouse operations.
Gianna joined us in the summer of 2019 after working on our packing line that spring season. She serves as our office assistant, and helps with setting up fundraisers, processing orders and many other things. She will often be the first voice you hear on the phone.
